Yes, because we do not use any artificial preservatives, we recommend refrigerating your sauce after opening to maintain peak freshness and flavor.
Is Bachan’s Japanese Barbecue Sauce gluten-free?
We offer a specific Gluten-Free lineup made with organic tamari. Please check the product label to ensure you are selecting the Gluten-Free version.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement.
Are your ingredients non-GMO?
Yes, we are committed to high-quality ingredients. Our sauces are Non-GMO Project Verified and made with authentic, non-GMO soy sauce and real mirin.
Do you ship internationally?
